Expert Witness
My medico-legal experience is extensive. My services include expert witness report writing and I have given evidence in Magistrates’, County and High Courts. I have an excellent understanding of court procedures.
Acting for both plaintiffs and defendants, I provide an objective assessment of the people referred to me. My reports are straightforward and clear, and I have been commended by judges and counsel for the clarity with which I deliver evidence in court.
Treating assessed clients
I can, of course, also treat your clients who have already been assessed by other expert witnesses.
Areas of expertise include:
• Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. PTSD is a speciality both in my patient practice and my medico legal work. I have also lectured to members of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers on the condition including its diagnosis and treatment.
